Las Vegas Sands is temporarily halting construction to preserve cash and that means layoffs for 11,000 Macauconstruction workers.
“We have got 1.2 billion US dollars put into the ground, and we are not going to walk away from it. We are a firmbeliever that we need the rooms to grow the market.”
