20 million displaced Chinese workers

The Chinese Ministry of Agriculture estimates that 15.3% of the 130 million workers who migrated from the rural interior to the metropolitan coastal areas have returned to the countryside because of rising unemployment. That works out to about 20 million displaced workers.
