Another Chinese IPO

China Distance Education provides onlinetraining programs for occupational and professional certification, to prepare people for college entrance exams, and inforeign languages.

And will go public in the U.S. on July 28.

Sounds a lot like New Oriental Education, doesn’t it? It is a tiny and much less profitable cousin though and Iwouldn’t touch it.
