Booming business in China for Yum Brands

by Tony Sagami on February 5, 2009

in Asian Market, Stock Market in China

Yum Brands, operators of KFC and Pizza Huts, opened 500 new restaurants in China last year and expects to open roughly the same amount this year.

“We are on the ground floor of a huge, long-term growth opportunity in China...the best restaurant opportunity in the world, bar none.”

I couldn’t agree more. If you want to own a restaurant stock, Yum Brands (YUM: 67.43 0.00 0.00%) is the best one you could own.
