China’s largest cable TV network, China Cablecom, will start trading on the Nasdaq on July 30 under the ticker symbol CABL.

I don’t have a lot of enthusiasm for China Cablecombecause the quality of Chinese TV programming is so bad that Chinese don’t watch much TV. Why is the quality so bad?Because the Communist Party overseas, controls, and/or approves almost everything that appears on TV.
