China Locomotive IPO

China South Locomotive & Rolling Stock willgo public on August21 on the Hong Kong stock exchange.

The stock is expected to be priced from $2.49 to $2.76. Those are Hong Kong dollars, so we’re talking about a 30 cent(or so) stock.
