China retail sales jump 21.6% in May

The list of China naysayers is getting longer but
having just returned from China less than two weeks
ago, I can tell you that the Chinese don’t know their economy is slowing.

In fact, retail
sales in China were 21.6% higher
in May compared to
the same period 12 months ago.
