Lou Jiwei, the chairman of China Investment Corp (China’s sovereign wealth fund), said he wouldn’t touch a U.S. bank with a 10 footpole.

Jiwei said that he is “not brave enough” to invest U.S. financial firms and criticized our bailout plans. “It’s changing every week. How can I be confident?,” said Jiwei.
