China’s strategic oil reserves

China plans to build its strategic oil reserves in three phases over 15years and expects to complete the construction of its first four strategic oil reserves by the end of this year.

China will have to jump into the open market to fillthose massive storage tanks so what do you think that will mean to the price of oil when the buying binge starts?

Phase 2 and Phase 3 have yet to break ground.
