Same-store sales in the U.S. grew by 2% but same-store sales grew by 14%in mainland China and 4% internationally. Yum addednearly 100 restaurants in China during the quarter andsaid the pace of new development in 2008 is ahead of last year’s record pace. Yum expects to reach 3,000 units bythe end of the year.
