The cost of being wrong on Chinese stocks

Okay, I talk a lot about the big gains to be made in China.

What happens if I’m wrong? Take a look at the numbers for the last three losing years the Shanghai market lost
money.

2002  -17.5%
2004  -15.4%
2005  -8.3%

Nobody likes losing money, but if those are indicative of the cost of being wrong by investing in China, that is a risk-reward trade-off that most investors can
easily handle.
