Toyota seeks govt money

Even mighty Toyota is stumbling from the U.S. recession.

Due to slumping sales, Toyota reported its first annual loss in 59 years — $3.6 billion of losses. Business is so bad that Toyota has its hand out for some government money.

I believe that Toyota is the very best car company you could own…but I wouldn’t want to own it today.

Tony,

Don’t know where to put this, so it goes here :)

In you article on MAM on 3-10-09 Titled: Things Go Better With Coca-Cola – At Least Overseas -

You said that Coca-Cola reported an impressive quarterly profit of $1.4 million and that they took a $1.8 million loss in the same period in 2007.

Did you mean a $1.4 billion quarterly profit? And a $1.8 billion loss? Just trying to understand and clarify.

Thanks!

Scott
