hey mike,

thanks for your work and commentary. would like your feedback on what you see in the future for Vancouver, Canada Real estate prices…they are going the path of our southern neighbours but there are still believers here…it’s going to get really ugly here.

We here in Wyoming are a little slow to catch on. Property prices are still quite high, and yet people wonder why their property doesn’t sell. We think that we live in an isolated third or fourth world country that is immuned to what’s happening in the rest of the world. I hope that reality will eventually set in since I would like to buy a house, but not at the inflated prices that they are still asking.
